Delphi advisor to Kynningsrud Fastighet in connection with land development project

Delphi has assisted Kynningsrud Fastighet in the development of a land area in Arvika where a new commercial area will be established.

Kynningsrud Fastighet has acquired land in Arvika with the intention of constructing a grocery store and has created a suitable property through several land purchases and property regulations. Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Kynningsrud Fastighet in connection with property acquisitions and land formation, as well as in the detailed planning and building permit process. Additionally, Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Kynningsrud Fastighet in connection with the leasing agreement for the upcoming ICA Maxi store to be established in the commercial area. The location of the area, in close proximity to Arvika’s central town, makes the store a welcome addition to Arvika.
