Delphi advisor to BoViva in acquisition of a residential rental property

Delphi has assisted BoViva in connection with the acquisition of a residential rental property in Halmstad. The building was completed in 2021 and consists of a senior housing facility. The property includes 29 apartments spread over five floors with two entrances. It is located in the Linehed district, approximately 2.5 km southeast of central Halmstad, close to a park, grocery stores, a library, and a health center. In addition to the apartments, the building features a communal area where neighbors can meet, cook together, and socialize. Outdoors, there are communal spaces, including a boules court and opportunities for small scale cultivation.

Delphi, through Anders Hulegårdh, Oscar Friedrich, and Elsa Hördegård, has acted as legal advisor to BoViva in the transaction.
