Delphi advises Kynningsrud Bostäder in acquisition of residential area in Forsåker

Delphi has assisted Kynningsrud Bostäder AB in the acquisition of building rights for approximately 140 apartments in the new district of Forsåker, just south of Gothenburg. Kynningsrud Bostäder intends to create a modern and futuristic living environment within the area. The agreement has been signed with the municipal company MölnDala Fastighets AB, which is leading the development of Forsåker. The building will be strategically located in one of the new neighbourhoods near Kvarnbygatan, which will be transformed into an urban area. The junction of Mölndalsbro is located nearby, with only an 8-minute commute to Gothenburg. The neighbourhood’s location is also close to both the culturally historic Kvarnbyn and the area’s industrial buildings, where a travel destination with rich experiences and environments will emerge. The residential units are planned to be completed by 2027.
