Delphi advises Hökerum Bygg in its acquisition of property in Södra Ängården in Gothenburg

Delphi has assisted Hökerum Bygg AB in connection with its acquisition of building rights of AB Platzer in Södra Ängården – a playful new district in Gothenburg where it is convenient to live. Within Hökerum’s property there are building rights for a planned approximately 220 residential housing and commercial premises. The property is situated within a former industrial area that is being converted into a city district with a considerable element of housing, a new school, new preschools and parks.

Hökerum Bygg is a housing developer and builder of affordable and sustainable housing. Hökerum Bygg also has a large contracting business and builds residential and commercial properties on a turnkey basis for others.

Delphi, through Anders Hulegårdh and Oscar Friedrich, has acted as legal advisor to Hökerum Bygg at the closing.
