Delphi advises Hökerum Bygg in connection with the sale of a residential district in Selma stad

Delphi has advised Hökerum Bygg AB in connection with the transfer of 311 apartments to NREP. Hökerum Bygg has built apartments specifically targeting the age range of 18-35 in Selma stad, a new district in Gothenburg located at Selma Lagerlöfs torg. The building main floor that houses the residents’ common room, a running track on the roof and, at the beginning of the new year, a Nordic Wellness gym will open.

Hökerum Bygg is a housing developer and builds affordable and sustainable housing. Hökerum Bygg also has a large contracting business and builds residential and commercial properties on a turnkey basis for others.

Delphi, through Anders Hulegårdh, Oscar Friedrich and Emelie Olsson, has acted as legal advisor to Hökerum Bygg at the divestment.
