Delphi advisor to Scandinavian Enviro Systems in connection with rights issue

Delphi has been legal advisor to Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ) (“Enviro”) when they conducted a rights issue of units which initially brought Enviro approximately SEK 51 million.

Scandinavian Enviro Systems has a patented technology to recover carbon black, oil, steel and gas from waste tires. Enviro has production of recovery in-plant and sale of constructions with associated site licenses to external parties. Scandinavian Enviro Systems is listed on NASDAQ OMX First North.

Penser Bank acted as financial advisor to Enviro.
