Delphi advisor to Anthon B Nilsen Education AB on acquisition of shares in Medlearn AB

Anthon B Nilsen Education has concluded an agreement on the acquisition of the major part of the shares in the Swedish company Medlearn AB, with operations spread over Sweden. Medlearn conducts education within the healthcare and dentistry sectors. Medlearn has a turnover of app SEK 60 million.
