Delphi advisor in conjunction with Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ.) and Heliospectra AB (publ.) listing on NASDAQ OMX First North

Delphi has been legal advisor to Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ.) in conjunction with the listing of its shares on NASDAQ OMX First North. Birger Jarl Fondkommission has acted as the financial advisor to the company in connection with the listing. Scandinavian Enviro Systems has a patented technology to recover carbon black, oil, steel and gas from waste tires. In connection with the listing, Scandinavian Enviro Systems completed a rights issue and a directed share issue. The total issue amount, together with pre-IPO share issues carried out in the beginning of 2014, amounts to approx. SEK 89 million.

 

Delphi has also been advisor to G&W Kapitalförvaltning AB in connection with the listing of Heliospectra AB (publ.) on NASDAQ OMX First North. G&W Kapitalförvaltning has acted as the financial advisor to the company in connection with the listing. Heliospectra is specializing in intelligent lighting technology for plant research and greenhouse cultivation. The company has carried out directed share issues in a total issue amount of approx. SEK 40.9 million in connection with the listing.

The first trading day for both companies is June 18, 2014.

Delphi’s team was led by partner Mats Dahlberg assisted by Jonas Ingvarson, Olof Reinholdsson and Erika Hammar.
