Delphi advised Markarydsbostäder Holding AB on the sale of 800 apartments to Paulssons Fastigheter

Delphi has advised Markarydsbostäder Holding AB on transfer of approximately twenty residential properties with about 800 apartments in Landskrona to Paulssons Fastigheter. The portfolio in Landskrona covers 66,329 square meters of which 7,658 square meters are on the premises. According to Fastighetsvärlden, the underlying property value of the transaction amounts to SEK 370 million.
