Delphi is representing Cherry in connection with its acquisition of ComeOn
Delphi is representing Cherry AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of 49% of the shares in Come On Malta Ltd from its current owners. The agreement also contains an option for Cherry to acquire the remaining 51% of the shares.
The aggregate purchase price, subject to Cherry exercising its option to acquire all shares in ComeOn, amounts to a maximum of EUR 280 million on a cash and debt free basis and will be paid in a combination of cash and newly issued shares of series B in Cherry. Cherry has issued a senior secured bond to finance the cash part of the acquisition.
The Delphi team consisted primarily of Michael Juhlin (responsible partner), Fredrik Mörner, Elisabeth Eklund, Katarina Häggqvist, Frida Lager, Kajsa Wahrenby, Rebin Ahmad and Sandra Lima.
