Delphi has advised Addtech Nordic AB, a part of Addtech Energy and a business area within the Addtech Group, in connection with Addtech’s acquisition of 80 per cent stake in Rutab AB (“Rutab“) and its subsidiaries.
Rutab is a leading supplier of cable glands, grommets and flexible conduits, as well as a very strong player in machine cable. Rutab has 40 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 150 million. The company complements Addtech activities of the business unit Energy Products.
Closing is expected to take place in early April 2013 and the acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the next fiscal year.
Delphi’s team was led by partner Per Berglöf along with senior associate Fredrik Mörner. In addition, a number of lawyers at the law firm assisted in various issues.
