Delphi advisor to Train Alliance AB (publ) in the acquisition of Tillberga Utvecklings AB

Delphi has advised Train Alliance AB (publ) in connection with an acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Tillberga Utvecklings AB and an additional acquirement of 15 percent of the shares in Krogsta Tun Fastighetsförvaltning AB and Krogsta Fastighets AB. Seller was Sädesärlan Fastighets Aktiebolag.

Tillberga Utvecklings AB owns the property Västerås Hedensberg 7:52. Train Alliance intends to work to get parts of the property railway clearing within 10 years. Krogsta Tun Fastighetsförvaltning AB and Krogsta Fastighets AB own the properties Sigtuna, Norrsunda-Krogsta 16: 1 and 16: 3. Through the acquisition, Train Alliance receives an additional 15 percent of the total shares in each company, giving Train Alliance a total ownership of 45 percent in each company.

Train Alliance is a complete facility partner for railroad operations with ownership of its own strategically located land. The company, together with customers and partners, develops railway facilities at strategic locations in order to create an efficient railway infrastructure.
