Delphi advisor to the sellers in connection with the sale of the Econova group

Delphi has advised the sellers in connection with the divestment of the Econova group, a leading entity in the Scandinavian garden industry, to Evergreen Garden Care. The transaction includes all garden-related operations of Econova AB, including all activities in Norway and Denmark, but excludes the operations in Econova Recycling AB.

Econova’s garden business involves the production, distribution, and sale of a wide range of garden products such as soil, grass, seeds, fertilizer, plant nutrients, and tools under the leading brands Weibulls and Hammenhögs.
