Delphi advisor to the owners of Halon Security AB in connection with Intera Partners’ purchase of the company

Delphi has advised the owners of Halon Security AB in connection with Intera Partners’ acquisition of all shares in the company, and with the relevant owners’ re-investment in the buyer. Intera Partners is a private equity firm with two active funds with a total capital of EUR 585 million, focused on the growth and internationalization of Finnish and Swedish companies.

Halon Security AB is a global leader on the market for email infrastructure software, with its headquarters in Göteborg and an office in San Francisco.
