Delphi advisor to the owners in connection with the sale of Nolimit City to Evolution

The owners of Nolimit City have on 22 June 2022 entered into an agreement with Evolution Malta Holding Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Evolution AB (publ), to sell Nolimit City Holding Ltd for a consideration of up to EUR 340 million, including EUR 140 million in potential earn-out. Completion of the transaction is conditional upon receipt of regulatory approvals and is expected during Q3 2022.
