Delphi advisor to Riksbankens Jubileumsfond in connection with CapMan’s acquisition of Midstar

Delphi has assisted Riksbankens Jubileumsfond in its reinvestment in connection with CapMan Hotels II signing an agreement to acquire Midstar Fastigheter AB.

Riksbankens Jubileumsfond is a Swedish independent foundation with the goal of promoting and supporting research in the Humanities and Social Sciences, with a unique position with its relationship to the parliament. The board’s composition of parliamentarians and researchers gives the foundation significant and unique characteristics.
