Delphi advisor to NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S in its acquisition of LGT Group AB

Delphi represents NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S (NTG) in connection with NTG’s acquisition of all outstanding shares in LGT Group AB (LGT Group) from Litorina IV LP and other shareholders.

LGT Group is a leading furniture logistics specialist in the Nordics with approximately 320 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK 830 million.

NTG is a freight forwarding company based in Denmark offering customized transport solutions by road, air, and ocean. NTG has a global reach with operations in more than 20 countries across Europe, Asia and North America. NTG is listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

The transaction is subject to approval by relevant competition authorities.

Delphi’s team mainly consisted of Michael Juhlin, Glenn Nyström, Karin Roberts, Dahae Roland, Linus Larsén, Emmy Falck, Fredrik Nykvist, Felix Makarowski and Ellen Karp Jakobsson.
