Delphi advisor to NOTE AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of Dynamic Precision Solutions AB

Advokatfirman Delphi has assisted NOTE AB (publ) (“NOTE”) in connection with the acquisition of Dynamic Precision Solutions AB and by the acquisition, NOTE expands its manufacturing capacity in Sweden with its fourth Swedish factory and an establishment close to its customers in western Sweden. Dynamic Precision Solutions AB’s customers are mainly found in the segments communication and industrial and the company has approximately 30 employees. The company’s sales are estimated to SEK 140 million during 2022 with an operating margin in line with NOTE’s.

NOTE is one of northern Europe’s leading EMS partners, producing PCBAs, subassemblies and box build products. NOTE’s offering covers the complete product lifecycle, from design to after-sales. NOTE has a presence in Sweden, Finland, the UK, Estonia and China. Net sales in the last 12 months were SEK 3,218 million; the group has approximately 1,400 employees. NOTE is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
