Delphi advisor to MGS Manufacturing in the acquisition of Formteknik

Delphi has advised US-based MGS Manufacturing, Inc. in its acquisition of the entire share capital of FT Holding AB and the Formteknik group of companies in Sweden, Denmark and Germany. The acquisition, which closed in January 2021, strengthens MGS’ ability to serve as a single source of supply in Europe for integrated tooling, molding, and automation capabilities to global customers in healthcare, automotive, packaging, and consumer industries.

The Formteknik group of companies are European leaders in innovative tooling solutions, with operations in Denmark, Sweden, and Germany.

Delphi’s team consisted primarily of Rickard Isacson and Hannah Gröndahl, with assistance from Linn Strömberg, Christoffer Malmström, Fredrik Nykvist, Emmy Falck, Magnus Berterud, Dahae Roland, Erik Ålander, Erica Nobel, and Torben Beck Johansson.
