Delphi advisor to Locus Energy in connection with acquisition

Delphi has assisted Locus Energy AB, SEB Nordic Energy portfolio company, in connection with the acquisition of AB Borlänge Energi’s seven small-scale hydropower stations. With this acquisition, SEB Nordic Energy further strengthens its presence in Dalarna and complements its portfolio of existing investments in both hydropower and wind power.
