Delphi advisor to Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited in acquisition of Compilator AB

Delphi has assisted Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited in connection with the acquisition of Compilator AB. The closing took place on 29 June 2023.

Kerridge is a market-leading and award-winning ERP and business management software solutions provider with over 35,000 customers worldwide, focusing on the needs of sectors such as Construction, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical, Food, Equipment rental and other verticals of The Distributive Trades. The acquisition of Compilator is a strategic investment for Kerridge, supporting its strategy of growth into new regions and further expanding its offering to the automotive industry.

Compilator is a long-established software provider servicing the needs of the tyre and distribution sectors in 2,000 locations throughout the Nordics, UK and Ireland. The acquisition adds approximately 1,100 customers and 2,000 locations to the Kerridge group, increasing the total number of customers of the Kerridge group to over 35,000 worldwide. As a part of the Kerridge group, Compilator will have access to more resources and solutions, enabling Compilator to enhance its offering to customers.
