Delphi advisor to Job Solution in connection with acquisition and directed share issue

Delphi has assisted Job Solution Sweden Holding AB (publ) (“Job Solution”) in connection with an acquisition of the recruitment, consulting and staffing companies A-Talent Group Sweden AB and A-Staffing Group Sweden AB and a directed share issue.

Through the directed share issue, which was carried out through a so-called accelerated bookbuilding process, Job Solution will receive approximately SEK 10 million before transaction costs, which is intended to be used to finance the acquisition of A-Talent and A-Staffing. The preliminary purchase price is SEK 75 million.

Job Solution operates in the recruitment industry and is established in Sweden, Norway and Denmark in the search and headhunting segment.
