Delphi advisor to Erik Hemberg Fastighets AB in agreement with Real Fastigheter AB

Delphi has assisted Erik Hemberg Fastighets AB in connection with the company becoming a shareholder in Real Fastigheter AB (publ), which buys and takes over six properties in Tranås.

Erik Hemberg Fastighets AB becomes a shareholder in Real Fastigheter AB which has agreed on the purchase of the properties Telegrafen 14, Telefonen 13 and 19, Norra Missionen 13 and Mejseln 2 and 3 in Tranås. The acquisition is financed through a directed issue of Series B shares to the seller of a total of SEK 57 million at a subscription price of SEK 0.03 per share.

Erik Hemberg Fastighets AB is a corporate group that builds, develops and manages property holdings in Sweden. The company is also one of the larger shareholders in Götenehus Group, which is listed on First North.
