Delphi advisor to Ejendal Invest AB in connection with the acquisition of Holms Attachments AB

Delphi has assisted Ejendal Invest AB (“Ejendal”) in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Holms Attachments AB (“Holms”). Holms is a Swedish industrial company, that develops, manufactures and sells equipment for maintenance of roads and industrial outdoor surfaces. Holms has approximately 55 employees, with a headquarter in Motala, Sweden. During 2022, Holms generates revenues of approximately SEK 150 million, with retailers in Europe, Asia and North and Central America.

Ejendal is a newly established investment company, with connections to the Ejendals group, focusing on privately held entrepreneurial companies and long-term investments. Through the acquisition of Holms, Ejendal completes its second acquisition.
