Delphi advisor to Duunitori and Intera Partners in the acquisition of Keeparo

Duunitori has acquired all outstanding shares in KSMG Media Group Holding AB and indirectly its subsidiary Keeparo AB. Keeparo is a leading provider of services within strategic and creative employer branding in Sweden, with approx. SEK 90 million in revenue. The sellers include the investment firm Neqst and certain key employees, who to a large extent will continue as minority shareholders in the combined group.

Duunitori is owned by funds managed by Intera Partners, management, and other key employees.
