Delphi advisor to CMD Corporation in acquisition

Delphi has advised CMD Corporation in connection with the acquisition of all shares in FAS Converting Machinery Aktiebolag from HAKI Safety AB (publ.).

FAS Converting Machinery Aktiebolag operates a global business and develops, produces and sells machine equipment for converting plastic film material into products on rolls. With the machinery, customers produce, for example, waste bags and disposable aprons in polyethylene plastic and industrial film. The head office is located in Arlöv, Sweden. The business is part of the Industrial Services business area and had annual sales of approximately SEK 86 million in 2022.

Delphi’s team mainly consisted of Rickard Isacson, Ellioth Lodenius, Carl Dahlgren and Felix Norgren.
