Delphi advisor to Buyers Edge Platform in connection with acquisition

Delphi has assisted Buyers Edge Platform, via its Swedish subsidiary, in connection with the acquisition of Parsly. Buyers Edge Platform is a leading software and analytics group providing data-driven insights and technology to the foodservice industry.

Parsly was founded in 2021 in response to the significant challenges facing the restaurant industry during the pandemic and aims to help restaurants manage their procurement cost more effectively through AI-driven insights and automation. Since the service runs autonomously, it improves its users’ profitability without requiring additional time or focus from the restaurateurs.

Delphi’s team consisted of Måns Persson, Christoffer Mangelus, Mathilda Benoni and Julia Hugoson.
