Delphi advisor to Alligo in connection with the acquisition of Svenska Batterilagret AB

Delphi has advised Alligo Holding AB in connection with its acquisitions of all shares in Svenska Batterilagret AB.

Svenska Batterilagret is a retailer of batteries with 27 stores across Sweden. The Company has around 90 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 275 million. Svenska Batterilagret is a leading battery specialist in Sweden and the acquisition significantly strengthens the Alligo Group’s existing battery business.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, which is expected during the first quarter of 2025.

Alligo is a leading player in workwear, personal protective equipment, tools, and consumables in the Nordic region. The group has an annual revenue of approximately SEK 9,3 billion and nearly 2,400 employees.
