Delphi advisor in connection with the transaction of all shares in Sisource AB

Delphi has assisted the shareholder in Sisource AB (“Sisource”), Heboni AB, in the transaction of all shares in Sisource to Chemgroup Holding AB. The majority shareholder in Chemgroup Holding AB is the investment company Navigo Invest AB (publ).

Sisource is Scandinavia’s leading partner in chemical management and provides chemicals and associated services to industrial players.

Delphi’s team mainly consisted of Stefan Lindh, Matilda Claussén-Karlsson and Ida Hill.
