Delphi advisor in connection with acquisition of Åhléns AB

Delphi has assisted in connection with the acquisition of Åhléns AB from Axel Johnson, the owner of Åhléns for 34 years. The acquisition includes i.a. all 47 department stores, the e-commerce business and the subsidiaries Designtorget and Åhléns Outlet. The new owner intends to further develop and strengthen Åhléns operations and market position, now and in the future. Delphi assisted the buyer in connection with the acquisition.
