Delphi advisor in acquisition of Cervera

Delphi has assisted the Norwegian group Kibord AS in connection with the acquisition of Cervera Group AB from the investment fund Accent Equity 2012 L.P. Cervera is a leading retail company in Sweden within preparation, decoration and serving of food and has e-commerce and more than 70 stores in Sweden.

Kibord AS is under name change to Home Brands, and intends to build a strong Nordic group working with quality goods for the home, primarily to the kitchen and dining room. Kibord AS was founded in 2015 and is based in Sandnes, Norway. Kibord also owns the retail companies Kitch’n and Tilbords as well as the wholesale company Home Brands.
