Delphi advisor to Bambuser AB on divestment of Jefferson AB

Delphi has advised Bambuser AB on the divestment of all shares in the subsidiary Jefferson AB to Ravenmedia Sp. z o.o.

Jefferson AB is active in the media and marketing industry and delivers customized marketing strategies to major global consumer brands and start-ups in the direct-to-consumer segment. The services previously provided by Jefferson AB under the “Relatable” brand will now be delivered through an emerging global partnership with Ravenmedia.

Delphi’s team mainly consisted of Mats Dahlberg, Anna Bjurell, Erik Ålander and Ellioth Lodenius.
