Delphi launches new blog on EU and Competition Law

Delphi Tech Blog was named Sweden’s best legal blog both in 2020 and 2021. The award-winner is now joined by a new blog, Delphi EU and Competition Blog, where Delphi’s team of experts discuss the latest developments in the areas of Competition Law, Public Procurement, State Aid, Foreign Investment Control and other EU Law matters.

– The EU legislators make sure that this field of law is developing at high speed and the legislation adopted often has a huge impact on companies active in the EU. Furthermore, the sanctions imposed on those that fail to abide by the rules are much tougher now than they used to be. It is therefore more important now than ever to keep track of what is happening in this field, says Elisabeth Eklund, Partner and head of Delphi’s EU and Competition Law team.

The blog allows companies to stay on top of the latest developments in the areas of EU and Competition Law. Not only does it provide updates on new legislation and case law, it also features commentary and insights on topical issues in the field.
