Delphi has assisted Polarbröd AB in bringing the Swedish Competition Authority’s antitrust investigation to a close

Delphi has assisted Polarbröd AB in an investigation by the Swedish Competition Authority regarding the distribution of bread to the Swedish food retail market.

The investigation, which was launched through an on-site inspection (dawn raid) at the company’s premises in March 2022, has not provided support for any infringement of Swedish or EU competition rules. On 12 July 2023, the Swedish Competition Authority therefore decided to close the investigation.
