Emil Andersson proposed as Vice President for Swedish Bar Association

The Swedish Bar Association’s nomination committee has submitted its proposal for this year’s general meeting, nominating Emil Andersson as the new Vice President of the Swedish Bar Association.

– It is an honor to be nominated when there are so many driven and competent colleagues to choose from. The Bar Association faces several challenges, and I hope and believe that I can contribute to addressing them if I am elected, says Emil Andersson, partner at Delphi.

Emil Andersson works as a litigation lawyer and arbitrator. He operates across multiple industries and has recently handled disputes related to construction, software deliveries, corporate acquisitions, insurance, general commercial agreements, and non-contractual damages. Emil also lectures on contract law, mediation, and negotiation techniques and is an author for Norstedts Juridik.
