Delphi Malmö – one of Skåne’s best workplaces

The law firm Delphi in Malmö has been named one of Skåne’s best workplaces in 2024 by Great Place to Work, the global leader in workplace culture. In the survey, an impressive 97 percent of the employees in Malmö stated that they believe Delphi is an excellent workplace.

Great Place to Work is a global organization that has been evaluating workplaces in more than 100 countries for over 30 years. Their research shows that five dimensions are required to become a truly great workplace – credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Delphi has been certified as an exceptional workplace since 2021 and was the first business law firm to be certified in Sweden.

For the past 20 years, Great Place to Work has also ranked Sweden’s Best Workplaces, and now, for the first time, they are launching a regional ranking – where Delphi Malmö has secured a spot on the list of Skåne’s Best Workplaces. Delphi’s Malmö office ranks seventh out of fifteen in the region, receiving top marks in the categories of community, equality, pride, and teamwork. Additionally, 100 percent of the employees in Malmö reported that Delphi is a fun place to work at.

To qualify for the list of Skåne’s Best Workplaces, a company must have at least 20 employees, operate in Skåne, and rank highly across the survey’s five dimensions. The choice of Skåne as the first region for the new list reflects the region’s dynamic and growing business environment, where innovation and entrepreneurship are key drivers.
