Delphi Malmö moves into Börshuset
Delphi is moving its Malmö office into Börshuset at Skeppsbron in Malmö. The total office space spans 1,600 square meters across three floors, and the office also includes two rooftop terraces with views of the water and central Malmö. The move is scheduled for August 2026, and the premises are rented from Wihlborgs.
By the end of 2025, the ongoing renovation of Börshuset will be completed, aiming to preserve and enhance the building’s original character and create an attractive space for businesses, Malmö residents, and visitors. The plan is to restore Börshuset closer to its original appearance, upgrade its standards to be more modern and energy-efficient, and create a more open and accessible meeting place in the city. The current back side facing the water will be transformed into a more welcoming front, featuring a restaurant, terraces, and an upgraded outdoor environment. The building is certified according to the Miljöbyggnad Silver standard.

Börshuset began construction in 1862. The building was originally intended as a place for trading grain, which was a key part of Malmö’s economy at that time. During the latter part of the 19th century and early 20th century, Börshuset also became a place for trading other goods, including cotton, coffee, and sugar. The building was an important part of the city’s economy for many years and was a symbol of the city’s success. Since the 1980s, Malmö Börshus has been a central meeting place for Malmö’s business community, offering office space and periodically hosting restaurants. The major renovation carried out in the 1980s was awarded the city planning prize, and several of the additions from that era have been identified as valuable for preservation in the architectural heritage report that forms the basis of today’s development project.
