Delphi advisor to Paxman AB (publ) in connection with a directed issue

Delphi has advised Paxman AB (publ) in connection with a directed issue of approximately SEK 59 million.

PAXMAN’s Scalp Cooling System has been developed by the Paxman family in order to minimize the risk of hair loss in patients undergoing chemotherapy. PAXMAN is today an industry leader in scalp cooling technology and has so far delivered close to 3,500 scalp cooling systems to hospitals, cancer clinics and healthcare providers worldwide.
