Delphi advisor to Cyclezyme in connection with directed issue

Delphi has assisted Cyclezyme AB (publ) in connection with Cyclezyme’s completion of a directed new issue of 150,000 units consisting of shares and warrants of series TO1. Each unit comprises two shares and one free warrant of series TO1. The directed issue was resolved at a subscription price of 20 SEK per unit, equivalent to 10 SEK per share.

Cyclezyme’s business focuses on developing new methods and processes for plastic recycling using advanced enzymes for the breakdown and recycling of primarily PET-based plastic materials. The company was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Lund.
