Delphi advisor to CodeMill in connection with recommended public offer

Delphi has assisted CodeMill AB (publ) in connection with Ateliere Creative Technologies’ recommended cash offer of SEK 23.00 per share to the shareholders of CodeMill. The Offer represent a value of CodeMill of approximately SEK 313.3 million and the offer price corresponds to a premium of approximately 53.3 percent compared the latest closing price for the CodeMill share. The shares in CodeMill are listed for trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
