Delphi advisor in Lyko Group’s acquisition of Estelle & Thild AB

Delphi has assisted Lyko Group AB (publ) in connection with an agreement relating to an acquisition of all issued shares in Estelle & Thild AB. Estelle & Thild offers a wide range of beauty products such as skin care and makeup and all product formulas are ecologically certified by Ecocert. The company had a turnover of SEK 19.1 million at the last financial statement, where the majority of sales are made to retailers. Completion is planned to occur 1 February 2023.

Lyko is a leading retail company in Sweden within hair care and beauty and operates the website Lyko.com, 33 wholly owned integrated stores and salons in Sweden and Norway as well as a B2B business with two factories in Sweden for the manufacturing of beauty products. The business employs almost 1,000 people and the company is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
