Pia Roth primarily works with drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, such as SaaS agreement, project agreements, consultancy agreements and license agreements, mainly for clients within the IT and technology sectors. She also regularly works with drafting and reviewing agreements in relation to real estate transactions and assists clients with issues related to corporate law and data protection. Pia regularly gives lectures in her areas of expertise.
