Maria Winckler

Maria Winckler specializes within intellectual property law and is responsible for Delphi Gothenburg’s trademark department. Maria has extensive experience from working with intellectual property law and marketing law matters. Maria provides advice in relation to protection and commercialization of intellectual property rights, such as trademark portfolio management, disputes in connection with intellectual property, drafting various forms of agreements, such as license agreements, development agreements and cooperation agreements, as well as providing strategic advice. Maria also has extensive experience in assisting companies with reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in general. Maria has hands-on experience from working with these two areas combined, as she worked for a few years as a legal counsel for a company that develops software for autonomous vehicles. Maria is also a popular lecturer who is regularly engaged to lecture in intellectual property law and relate topics.
