About
Magnus Nedstrand has been working at Delphi since 1998 and has been a bankruptcy trustee since 1991 and a reorganizer under the Swedish Company Reorganization Act. Magnus has been a liquidator since 1995. Magnus has administered nearly one thousand legal and natural persons in bankruptcy or insolvency. Since 2019, he is also a regular board member of the Swedish Bar Association’s main board. For about 20 years, Magnus has assisted mainly employers in labor law restructuring, terminations and disputes. Magnus regularly lectures in his specialist areas and also organizes courses. Magnus is acting lecturer in credit and insolvency law at Linköping University.
