Linda Jönsjö has almost 20 years of experience in real estate-related law, both in the role as a lawyer and as in-house counsel at a real estate company. She has extensive experience in acquisitions and sales of real estate companies and is responsible for the Malmö office’s real estate transaction department. In addition, she specializes in issues concerning rent, lease, property formation, development and condominiums. Another specialty is various purchasing agreements and issues concerning contracts in property management and service based on ABFF 15.
