Katarina Ibold

Katarina Ibold works mainly with commercial dispute resolution and public procurement. She has extensive experience in representing companies and public entities in various types of disputes before courts and arbitration tribunals. She acts as counsel in disputes in a wide range of legal areas and industries, and often handles e.g. disputes relating to major construction and infrastructure projects. Katarina advises clients in connection with public procurements and represents contracting authorities and suppliers in review proceedings. She also works with labor law issues. In recent years, Katarina has also worked with climate adaptation issues and is co-author of several nationally published reports on the subject.
