Karin Roberts

Karin Roberts is an appreciated expert in competition law, with extensive experience spanning anti-competitive practices, abuse of dominant market positions, merger control, and competition neutrality. She regularly advises clients on complex matters such as cartel investigations, dawn raids, merger filings, and compliance. As a member of Delphi’s Life Science group, Karin frequently advices clients in the pharmaceutical sector and beyond.

Her unique insights into public sector-related matters stem from her former role as Deputy Head of the Competition Neutrality Unit at the Swedish Competition Authority. This experience enables her to offer strategic advice in cases with public sector affiliations. Karin’s expertise extends to regulatory matters, where she ensures compliance with existing frameworks or helps businesses adapt to new regulations. She delivers tailored compliance programs and solutions, particularly within the life sciences, food industry, retail, and waste management sectors.
