Johan Lundgren works mainly with dispute resolution and assists clients with advice and negotiations in commercial disputes. Johan has a background as a judge and around 15 years of experience in handling dispute resolution in various roles and in a variety of industries and legal areas. He has a solid experience of representing private and public actors before courts and arbitration tribunals.
Johan has a particular focus on construction law and regularly advises clients before, during and after various construction and infrastructure projects. He regularly lectures on the subject and publishes articles in industry journals.
Johan has also worked as a prosecutor and has a broad experience in dealing with financial crime issues. Johan assists clients in internal investigations and in contacts with authorities and counterparties in such matters.
