Helena’s clients are typically IT, technology and industrial players, ranging from small start-ups to large industrial companies, often with complex technical or commercial applications. Helena’s work often involves hardware with software integration, distribution and procurement of services and systems, AI law, intellectual property rights, data protection and other regulatory issues, as well as industry and business-specific considerations.
