Dahae Roland

Dahae Roland is a partner in Delphi’s Tech & IP group and also responsible for the firm’s group for gaming and e-sports. Dahae primarily advises on commercial transactions relating to different tech solutions, including purchase and sales of hardware and software, IT consultancy services and digitalization projects. Dahae also advises gaming companies on publishing and developer agreements as well as companies with various forms of co-operations such as joint ventures, distribution and franchising.

Dahae has previously worked as an inhouse legal counsel and also been seconded to the leading South Korean law firm Yulchon.

• Outsourcing of IT system for insurance and pensions company
• Procurement of IT system for one of the largest healthcare regions in Sweden
• Specialist counseling in connection with Candidator DGC and EQT’s acquisition of outsourcing supplier
• The establishment of a joint venture between Veidekke Bostad and STOS Fastigheter
